Gomiu Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.
2. Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and returned in its original condition.
- Returns must include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Exchange Policy
- If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we’ll cover all shipping costs and offer a free replacement.
- If the exchange is due to customer error (e.g., wrong model ordered), return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
4. Refund Process
- Contact us via email at support@gomiu.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and shipping details.
- Ship the item to our U.S. return center (address below) and provide a tracking number.
- Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.
5. Warranty Coverage
All Gomiu products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.
