Gomiu Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.

2. Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and returned in its original condition.
  • Returns must include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we’ll cover all shipping costs and offer a free replacement.
  • If the exchange is due to customer error (e.g., wrong model ordered), return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

4. Refund Process

  1. Contact us via email at support@gomiu.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Ship the item to our U.S. return center (address below) and provide a tracking number.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.

5. Warranty Coverage

All Gomiu products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.
