By submitting content to Gomiu for product customization, you confirm the following:

• You either own the rights to the uploaded materials or acknowledge that Gomiu only facilitates your request and does not claim legal responsibility for the content.
• You accept full responsibility for any use of copyrighted or trademarked material, including characters, logos, and designs.
• Gomiu does not verify the legal status of your uploaded files and disclaims liability for intellectual property issues.
• Customized items are made-to-order and intended strictly for personal use.

2. Allowed Uploads

You are welcome to upload the following types of content:

• Supported file formats: JPG, PNG, PSD, PDF
• Personal photographs or artwork you have rights to use
• Fan art or derivative work uploaded at your own discretion
• Images found online or based on existing IP, provided you accept full responsibility
• High-resolution images suitable for printing (avoid dark or blurry images)

3. Prohibited Content

The following content types are not allowed and will be rejected automatically:

• Offensive, violent, hateful, or defamatory material
• Pornographic or sexually explicit imagery
• Content that targets or discredits others, brands, or Gomiu
• Low-quality images unsuitable for printing
• Files containing malware or attempts to bypass upload restrictions

4. Legal Notice

By uploading any content, you agree to the following legal terms:

• You will indemnify and hold harmless Gomiu and its affiliates from any claims or legal action related to your uploads.
• You grant Gomiu a limited, temporary license to use your uploaded files solely for fulfilling your order.
• Customized items are non-refundable once produced, unless there is a defect.

Note: Gomiu reserves the right to refuse any submission at its sole discretion. If your upload is rejected, we will notify you via email and provide the opportunity to revise and resubmit your content.
